7th january

today is definitely a good day for forensic!
usually, i wake up around 700 AM which means by 730 AM already to HS..
today i had to do things earlier, had to drop my brother by komuter, which means had to go much more earlier than last 3 days -745, 730, 730, today 700..
(entah mcmana makin awal pulak? )

arriving.. i immediately run through the cafe just to peek a breakfast..
but nothing interest me more than my toast at the pantry.. hahahahaha

after a brief tuna-toast, i immediately preps for our nx autopsy, a BID case supposely, yesterdays but posponed due to some issues wth the relative.
(haish.. reali, not very in the mood for writing journal today.. ayo! )
the relative refuse autopsy but the police request for it to be done.
things got realy complicated when there is no concrete history that can confirms casualtys cause of death. the relative refusal is due to paranoia over postmortem surgical myths.. well, cant blame them because i might just feel the same thing.
(rasanye mcm baru je citer psl cmne nk ngelak autopsi smlm dgn mr.H ...hahaha)

well, after things got a bit emotional, dr boss manage to secure the consent! yup, he str8 reaching the home-base. hahahahaha -itu lah yg kite ckp sbgai pakar!

Dr boss showed us a new technique -abdominal incision but in a way we can peekaboo the heart too. anomaly emerges as incision unfolds what under the skin.. (xde rectus abdominis... gile lah! )

after the terima kasih! we immediately prepares for 2nd session for today. a BID case as well (kenapa la byk sgt kes? mmg dr boss ckp ktorg ni Jonah betul kot? )
but after the morning session, people got more excited and pumped.. i even got to do some procedure (takat potong ribs assist HO, xpyah la... ). this is like the 10th case -we hv reach the 10th milestone by 4th day... thats nizam is a Jonah record!
and talk about variety, so far we received gunshot, 2 MVA, 2 CVA, AMI, Haemorhgic stroke, bleed 2 death, aortic dissection, SDH, SAH,.. talk about variety.. hahaha
